What to update and why?
Update your Weight, Height, and Gender to ensure that your results are accurate. Here are the details:
- We calculate your BMI using the profile weight and height. If you enter a weight reading either manually or using a wireless scale this new weight will be used instead of the profile weight.
- We support over 50 exercises and for each of these, we calculate the calories burnt using your profile weight.
- We calculate steps and distance for walking and running, these are based on your stride length which requires your profile height and gender.
